transform underserved communities through sustainable, affordable housing that creates lasting social and financial impact. Recognizing the growing need for housing solutions that balance economic returns with social responsibility, GVIF emerged as a vehicle to address the housing crisis while empowering low- and moderate-income families. With a focus on the Southeast United States, GVIF strategically invests in value-add and new construction projects that provide
stable, high-quality homes for households earning between 0%–80% of the Area
Median Income (AMI). By blending innovative development strategies with a commitment to community upliftment, GVIF aims to create thriving
neighborhoods where residents can build brighter futures.
